Ok so on Saturday I noticed that tickets were now on sale for all our remaining home games.
I'm already going to the Wigan and Everton games but I wanted to purchase tickets for the Liverpool one, and the Burnley one for my nephew.
I noticed that these games were lower priced under the 'Super Six' scheme, so like any normal human, I purchased those tickets.
I've just received in the post ONLY the Burnley game ticket (which I'm not even going to).
So I phoned the ticket office and they said that whilst my seat has been reserved for the Liverpool game, because I didn't purchase ALL SIX MATCHES, they're not sending me the Liverpool ticket until I pay the 15 quid difference.
I'm gonna have to head to St Andrews this pm to pay the remainder and get my Liverpool ticket (and I've had to cancel my driving lesson to this, both in terms of time AND money).
And the thing that really annoys me is that I've even got a conformation e-mail saying that I've bought tickets for both Liverpool and Burnley, with NOTHING about having to buy all six, and I'm sure that legally I could use that.
Any suggestions?
Or do I have to just accept it and pay the difference?

Before you go to the ground why don't you send an email to Wendy Monk who is Head of Ticketing explaining the problem.
Her email address is wendy.monk@bcfc.com

I suppose in defence of the Blues they are trying to sell six tickets to give you the discount, but sometimes they do make it difficult for themselves.
