Passed away aged 85 Best remembered for his role as the manservant Cato Fong in the hugely popular 'Pink Panther' films Usually springing out of nowhere (even from out of the fridge) to attack his boss Inspector Clouseau (Peter Sellers) to keep the bumbling French detective on his toes Burt also appeared in 3 Bond films, played a Communist agent in 'Goldfinger' and the Japanese POW TV drama 'Tenko' which was a superb drama series Peter Sellers died back in 1980 .......one of the greatest ever British comedians and his Clouseau performances are legendary http://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-36370997 |
