Quinn was only on this week cos the porkmeisters on holiday. Give it another try when Mike Parry and Andy Townsend are back, its a very funny show. Mick Quinns a complete anker with a "W" **thumbup in fact Quinny's not on today.
Replaced by Ray Parlour who is pretty decent, Quinn on the other hand has got to be one of the worst around.

Stan's the man! I was ready to hate Collymore with a passion the first time I listened to his show. In fairness though, although his accent makes him sound like a typical 'Yam Yam', he's a very bright and articulate bloke who argues his points passionately. As a presenter, I like him a lot. As a person, well, at least he has the decency to admit openly his past mistakes, which I sort of admire.
Listen to Stan Collymore try and complete a sentence. -He will stop to swallow least twice.
''you haven't played the game Sags..''
Dants is the best on ts, a couple of weeks ago he was talking about Birmingham having one the best defences at home.
''...Birmingham have got one the best home defensive records in the league along with Chelsea and one other club''
(the other club was Villa)

Dants is brilliant. I like hearing Goughy try to read the advertising scripts though, the can,t read and he sounds like a young Boycott. They did a feature about gay sports men a few weeks ago and you could tell Goughy was right uncomforable it were brilliant

Ok chaps gave it another try last night and guess what I had to listen to an hour of Wet Spam in crises. So sorry this station is rubbish, because I am pretty sure they have not dedicated a programme to Burnley or Hull being in crises.
Until we start avoiding stations like this they will continue spilling out London biase rubbish.

Audience figures.
The bigger audience is London and Merseyside - over 70% is what I was told by a TalkSport exec at the Arsenal game two years ago.
They talk more about the teams in these two areas as this is where the audience is.
In addition this is a beauty - they have to instruct their presenters to patronise Liverpool as their fans cannot take any form of criticism and can quickly petition a boycott. True. I love the Brazil show where he has a national journo on between 7.00-7.30 - these journos are under no such instructions and when one slags off Liverpool Brazil and Irani are stuttering like mad defending Liverpool - and Irani hates 'em!!
Areas such as Newcastle, Yorks, West Mids and Gtr Manchester have strong loyalties to their regional stations and as such TalkSport does not get a big audience base from there.

Having said that above, a Villa fan from Stourbridge has been on. How do you put with them? He's gloating on there saying Blues have been found out big style.
The 5 panelists doing the score predictions all have us losing tomorrow.

Jury's out on Colleymore, somtimes he does come across OK and others a total hand jobber. Despite being an ex viler, I think Andy Townsend talks a lot of sense. He's never been sarcastic about us unlike that to**ing midget Ray Houghton. Love H & J's show.
Totally agree with all points, with exception of last one - sometimes H&J show does my ed in, though can be amusing at times.
Andy Townsend is the man! Could listen to him for ages. Genuine, down-to-earth bloke, who has no doubt earned a good living from the game, but still comes across as being grounded and in touch with his working-class roots. So many footballers/ex-footballers come across as being up their own backsides, probably cos they've think they've made it with their riches.
Must admit, that clown Parry they've got alongside him, makes me want to eat my own face, but I spose it works as a double act. It's just with that numpty think he's funny, when he's not - he's just a tw__
