Good luck David. I've a sneaky feeling that this is going to end early. Then again I thought that Michael Spinks would dance around Mike Tyson for 12 rounds and win easily... |

Going 1 of 2 way imo Haye in a quick flourish early on round 1, 2 or 3. Or Haye ending it with a stoppage late on Either way ruiz is going down |

1:44 in the second round haye landed a jab and little hook and could have followed on but pulled out for some reason. Haye is pasing himself now. Ruiz is not going to last at this rate, reigning in punches which are missing one after the other, he will run out of gas |

half way through 3rd round haye landed a beauty of a right stright through ruiz's guard and then a beauty of a right hook. Ruiz started the round well but haye took over and so far I'd say 3 out of 3 rounds for haye. Ruiz's nose looks in bad shape and also possible little nick under his left eye but the commentators havent mentioned it so I might be wrong, possibly from the hook in round 3? |

4th round ruiz has started getting a little dirty and also caught haye with a cheeky jab just above the right eye Haye landed 54 to 38 and also landed heavy shots. I think ruiz' jab shook haye more than hurting him. Wont effect hm going into the 5th. I cant help but think haye is toying a little. He is hitting and moving, frustrating ruiz while also landing some good shots. A couple of times haye pulled away when he wouldnt have before moving upto heavyweight. Again a bit of dirty boxing midway through the 5th, ruiz isn't afraid to get dirty when he has too. |

another big knockdown by haye at the end of the 5th...its a shame there wasn't a little bit of time left because he could have nailed him again. into the 6th we will have to see how his legs are because I think they will be getting a little heavy now going into round 6. |

haye has won every round - ruiz will have to try ans stop haye but he wont. Haye is younger, faster, I'd even wager a harder hitter and smarter than ruiz. Haye is taking the P. Guard down bobbing his head taunting ruiz |

I loved his interview after - quality. He is confident, charismatic and just what boxing needs. He is confident and also cheey but not in a totally annoying way like mayweather He is the guy who can bring boxing back to the uk, kids will see him and start hitting gyms again learning to fight etc its all good. Young, good looking, talented, welthy and loved by millions of people - what young lad doesnt want that? |

was a good fight got to give credit to ruiz for not wanting to stop but fair play to his corner they did the right thing pulling him out, haye could have done lasting damage if they let it go any longer, great performance by haye, can't wait for him to destroy the klitscho's! |

Haye will be fed on a diet of nobodies until someone lands one on him, then the party will be over. Good luck to him, he'll make some money, but I can't believe people would pay to watch that on Box Office. I saw it over here, Ruiz was awful. |

ruiz wasnt awful, haye was just too good fo him. Ruiz sucks pople into brawls and haye was too smart to fall for it. Haye kept his cool wih ruiz well documented dirty tactics and haye had too much skill, finess and stamina for him. To call ruiz a nobody is silly. Yes he is getting on a bit but he is still a very dangerous oponent and also a 2 time wba heavyweight champ. Just to put that in perspective the only other 2 time champs are ali (4 times), tyson (2 times) Valuev (2 times), foreman (2 times) and holyfield (3 times) so he is in pretty good company. |
