An ex squaddie was sitting at the bar in his local one night, enjoying a quiet pint, when a total stranger came up to him, and without warning gave him an almighty punch on the chin that layed him out cold.

The stranger said to the barman."When he comes round, tell him Karate Champion,Southern Counties 1980".

A couple of weeks later, the squaddie enters the pub and sees this stranger at the bar. He goes straight up to him and hits him so hard he crumples to the floor, out cold.
The squaddie says to the barman "When he comes round tell him "Bedford Starting Handle 1969".
