Deff not Blackpool at Home.

That would mean that the reverse fixture would be 2nd or 3rd week in January. Brrrrr

So long it's a home match ill be happy. Really hope we play a team that have an absolute mare this season so we can win and get some confidence going. After last season we are going to be be seen as targets to match or better.

Im hoping Coyle has a total mare at Bolton. I think the timing of his leaving Burlney was appalling as manager he should have led them the full campaign. Ditching them half way though a season was naff in my opinion. In fact I dont think it should be allowed.

The management are vital they set everything up. If they are dismissed fair enough but they shouldnt be allowed to be poached by other cubs.

There is also another avid forum member who worships at Coyle's feat so this is another reason why Im hoping Bolton struggle.

Anyone know when they are released?

And any preferences for the batting order, opening match, Xmas period, final run in etc?

I'd like to see us start with a biggie, a bit like last season when ManUre were in a weakened state, and finish with a minnow at home so we can have another big party atmosphere.

I'm in Blackpool beginning of December to see Paul Weller - so I 'd be chuffed if the fixture list threw up Blackpool away for that weekend.
We're due a home match first up - but I don't think we'll get one of the big boys or one of the new boys since we're a mid-table Prem team. So I'm going for Fulham, Stoke or Sunderland at home first up.

Spurs at home.
CL qualifier coming up 4 days later, a lot of players at the World Cup, might be a good time to get them.

For everyone thinking of sunny Blackpool in August, forget it.

They've been granted to play their first 4 games away, to allow for ground redevelopment.

Where did you get that from mate?

im interested in their new ground.

cheers

The world cup finishes in July mate. I doubt they will let them holiday til then.

I reckon Wigan at home.

Nice 3 points to start the season off

I really believe that we will have a home match to kick off the campaign.

I'll go with Newcastle at home.

I don't know whether I should say this, but I work for the company who draws up the fixture list. Not that I can influence anything or have any insider info, I'm going for home against Spurs.

Hasn't somebody already done this? Do we need to see the same thread twice?
