Manchester United striker Mame Biram Diouf is set to be farmed out on loan to another Premier League side next season, according to the Daily Star.

Diouf, 22, was signed by United last summer from Molde and grabbed one goal in five Premier League appearances after he joined in the New Year after work permit problems.

With Wayne Rooney, Michael Owen, Dimitar Berbatov, Federico Macheda and Mexican new-boy Javier Hernandez all at the club, the highly-rated Senegal international has been lined up for a temporary exit.

Sir Alex Ferguson's decision has already interested several top flight outfits, with Birmingham City and Bolton Wanderers reportedly leading the chase.

I'd take him, he looked quite handy when he came on against us.

Loan with view to buy would be more ideal but I think Fergie has big plans for this guy.

ye if we get him on loan it might be that he plays realy well then united want him back (like joe hart).
would still take him on loan though better than most of our strikers.

I think he has the potential to be one of quite a few players from United that we could snap up on loan and bring him into our team and he would be extremely effective.

With him playing off Zigic, could be a force to be reckoned with. Only problem is though, his main strength is his heading. Unless we bring in some good quality wingers who can whip a few good balls in, I think we would be relying too much on both of their aerial ability and not getting enough balls over the top to them to allow them to be as effective, where as with someone like Jerome or Miccoli, you would have a smaller more mobile player just peeling off Ziggys knock downs and running with it.

Thats just how I see it anyway.
