Thoughts ?

A good way of making a piece of journalism based on the merest hint of a rumour.

I think it could be interesting if the signing of Keano was a straight race between us and Villa my heart says sign for us but my head says he would go for Villa because they are at the moment ahead of us in the wages they could offer him he would have more chance of European football with them

Where we could offer him a battle to establishing us in the premiership but i think someone of Keano's pedigree would be looking for more then that.

I have seen not a single quote so far with all this Robbie Keane business.

It could just be a bunch of Cockney journo's trying to force a bidding war or trying to get MoN to be forced into making a bid for him now instead of waiting.

Would love it if we got him though

To be fair, it was comment more than a news report.
