I ordered 3 "Meal Deal No 4's" - Hot chocolate and choccy bar for the kids (£6), and he said £8.20.

Had to put him straight.

They ran out of lager..

took them 10 minutes to change the barrel

Just teething problems... **thumbup

Ran out of lager when we have a crowd of 10,000 :copno:

Amazing.

Kro.

Word was that no professional caterer could make a success at Blues because the facilities was so poor. So have these improved? If not, how can we expect bringing it in-house will solve the problems?

I'll be well dis-chuffed at the Blackburn game if the catering lets me down and there are no shirts in the shop. Maybe we should have replaced Michael Dunford.

The royal George is right outside the tilton rd on the corner 30 secs walk, so why would anyone want to pay an extra £1.00 for a pint in the ground?,and there is always the chance the barrels will run dry, also as any beer drinker will tell you a pint always tastes better out of a glass instead of plastic **thumbup

The shirts not being available is unbelievable, am on hol next week and was looking forward to wearing the new home and away shirts but will have to make do with last seasons "no", at this rate we will be lucky to have them in time for christmas..

Kro.

Do you pop to the Royal George at half time then?

I never get the fuss of getting a pint at half time. If you can get served you only get a few minutes to drink it before the second half kicks off. And I don't know about you but if I neck a pint in quick time it means a trip to the loo soon after.

It's either that or being subject to drab half-time entertainment in your seat, under a deafening PA system. I'd rather pay over the odds for a pint tbh.

Always remember this, our first visit to the Emirates - sandwiches, hot or cold started at £5 upto £10. (2009)

Don't lets go overboard about £3.20 for a beer. **thumbup
