Both out of favour at Spurs.

Would you have either?

Can Jenas play wide?

Jenas can't beat a man.

That said, I don't think O'Hara can either. Therefore they're not not worthwhile wing signings, IMO.

O'Hara would be a quality loan, maybe a bit unnecessary.

I would definitely go for Hutton or Keane on loan from them.

I like Jamie O'Hara, but I don't think he'd necessarily improve the first eleven in any position across the midfield. Yes, we need strength in depth, but we should now do that by bettering the talent we already have.

Jenas is one of those players at Tottenham that divides the fans - a bit like Jerome at Blues. He's very inconsistent, but we don't really need him anyway, do we?

Only ever seen Jenas play a handful of times so wasn't sure if he was worth pursuing as a winger as he always seemed quick and a handful.

I liked O'Hara when I saw him play for Pompey last season. I just don't think we'll be signing anymore midfielders though.

I think you are way wide of the mark mate.

He looked absolutely class last season in a Pompey side that didnt exactly play good stuff.

He was at the heartbeat of everything they did, hard worker, can ping passes all day, and one hell of a shot on him.

If he felt comfortable playing on the left, I would take him in a heartbeat.

Seems a great lad too, exactly the sort of player we should be looking at IMO.

O'Hara is injured and having surgery on something which is why no one has gone in for him

I'd agree with that. O'Hara reminded me of a young Lee Bowyer but technically better. I think he would be a better bet in the middle than Bowyer or Ferguson at the moment.

O'Hara is injured and having surgery on something which is why no one has gone in for him

He is set for surgery on Thursday.

It was a stress fracture that he picked up during his time at Portsmouth.

Im no Dr, and dont claim to be, but that doesnt sound like much of a recuuring injury to me?

Or I might be wrong... Anyone know what a stress fracture actually is?
