always a worry and we all like to have them in hand so we know.

Make sure you get a letter from the club or something that has some weight. **thumbup

I have a free ticket in the home end, I think in the Trinity, but the Mrs' isn't too happy as she doesn't think i can keep my mouth shut!!

I am going with 3 mates who are all villa but I just feel if something like the Stern John goal happens can I hold back...I ended up about 5 rows ahead celebrating on that day!! (I guess I might get thrown 5 rows ahead this time)

Have many people sat in the home end and actually enjoyed the game in recent times? I am set up for 'foreign' games so can watch it at home, but I haven't missed a Blues v villa game in years but the price put me off this season!

My mate (whose a middle aged bloke) was in the Trinity Rd stand that day and had managed to behave himself for the first goal, but when we got the equaliser in the last minute he forgot where he was and started running up and down the aisle going crazy - needless to say he was turfed out! :D

If you do end up celebrating the safest place would be on the pitch with the players **thumbup

This is my first game at villa park since the 2-2 draw.

The first game at their place in March 2003 (2-0 to us) I was in the away end and it was just the best game I've ever been to!

For the 2-2 draw the year after, me and about 20 other Blues fans somehow (don't ask me how) got tickets in the Trinity Road stand not too far away from the away fans.

We sort of celebrated the Forsell goal and got a lot of looks and abuse.

But when Stern John equalised we all went totally mad, ended up getting involved in a mass brawl with the villa fans, and subsequently got thrown out and carted off to Queens Road.

This time I'm with the away fans again, and I think it's better that way
