I don't think that Blues are the club for you then. Maybe Plymouth, Cheltenham, Leicester, Coventry or some other team that doesn't have a big local derby. Keep in touch...

Always love villa away, parking by powerleague, walking past the villa boozers shaking our heads at the state of the vilers outside, smirking while walking to the ground, passing the aston social and slowly getting nearer and nearer the away end and hearing SOTV or KRO in the distance ......fantastic buzz .... !!!!!

Yep, but it does put a knot in your stomach and just the thought of getting beat gain makes me not look forward to the game.

Its the thought of another possible loss and the stick from my villa mates at work that make me not look forward to it, the last 3 seasons have been hell at work with the Villa lads and the thoughtof another loss is to much the bare.

I can't******* wait man!!

I'm more confident knowing that they also had 120 minutes of football last night when we've had an extra day to recover, they had about 9 first teamers playing as well (young, ireland, friedel, cueller, beye, sidwell, reo-cocker, albrighton, downing) as opposed to our 6 (carr, ridge, dann, gardner, o'conner, bowyer).

It's all looking rather good boys.

if we win don't say anything to them. it's worse than actually saying something! just act like nothing's happened.

I am! Reckon we're due a win, and I don't care if it's "only" 1-0 to us, and the goal is a 93rd minute deflection off the defender's arsecheek!

I never do, it's like going into battle (well I thinks it's the same feeling) and I can't see how anyone would look forward to that.

BUMBLE - That is called apprehension.

Everyone gets it against certain teams. You'll find that as you get older, it becomes part of your DNA if you're a bluenose.

To counter balance it we have this thing called Hope. And when that is taken away from you - then it's wrist=slashing time.

But either way mate, apprehension is far healthier than blind hope.

Expect the worst and anything better is paradise :LMAO:
