Any news on which kit we'll be running out in on Sunday? In light of the news that the away shirts are finally on the way, are Blues going to actually hardly wear this shirt at all this season? I remember the same style kit a couple of seasons ago, and think they just wore it twice. With both teams playing in darker shirts and white shorts the rule used to be for the away kit to be used, but that seems to have changed now. Can't stand the home shirt, but really like the look of the away one, but if they're not going to wear it, is it actually worth buying? |

But wouldn't it be a good marketing ploy to wear the away strip on the eve of them arriving here the next few days? And who's going to buy a shirt if it's hardly going to be featured during the season? |

What's wrong with the home shirt? Best one for a number of years, in my opinion. |

As long as we stay away from the red one(we all know what happened the last time that got an appearance) im not too bothered but would think the Home shirt would be worn after all its not going to clash is it |

Both teams played in home shirts last year and I expect the same again. |

We will be in the home kit, but with change blue shorts, like at the Emirates a few weeks ago, I'm sure. We seem to be one of those teams who won't just wear their away or third kit for the sake of it. We do seem to only only change from our home colours if there is a clash, unlike some teams who don their away/third kit at the drop of a hat - Arsenal, for example. I can't be doing with the home kit, either, but it does look better with the blue hange shorts. We could just wear the standard home kit, with white shorts. We did last season at Villa Park, as Umbro didn't give their teams change shorts. The white away kit will get some wear. I'm sure we will wear it at Everton, Chelsea, Wigan. I have a feeling the woeful red/orange third kit will see a couple more appearances at Blackburn and, possibly, Man City this season. |
