It will be the Tuesday I reckon (30th November).....we are both playing the previous Saturday in the PL.....Blues away at Fulham while Villa host Arsenal

Blues have always played on Tuesday nights as far back as I can recall (except for Rochdale which was only played that night for TV coverage).....A Blues v Villa match up will likely be on the box though

Wednesday TV game will likely be West Ham v Man Utd

Not that anyone cares, but the full draw is:

Arsenal v Wigan
Birmingham v Aston Villa
West Ham v Manchester United
Ipswich v West Brom

I think Baggies would be pleased with this.

Has to be a sell out at stans for this, even if it is on TV. Surely they will show the Arsenal game one night and the Man United game the other?

I would rule it out simply because they are already showing us at home to Villa on Jan 16th.

Hopefully they have to remake the DVD - victories over the Villa; adding three more glorious victories to that DVD.

Think so, they will get about 4000, going to need about 10000 police

It's good for the financial side if nothing else. And it will surely be on TV. No-one wants to watch Arsenal beat Wigan, or Ipswich - Baggies, do they?

I would assume that tickets will be allocated based on attendance at previous rounds so you'd better have kept those stubs and there will be a lot of disappointed fans.

However, I simply cannot see how this game will be allowed to go ahead on the proposed night not after previous experiences. It will get moved but possibly a compromise would be to play it earlier in the the day, yes its a working day but hasn't it happened before in exceptional circumstances?

I really hope not, 6000 would be ludicrous! 4000 is bad enough. That's pretty much the whole lower GM isn't it!?
