Quick 1 minute apple crumble

Ingredients
1 Large Apple,
Breakfast cereal,
Sugar and Cinnamon

Method
1. Peel the apple, remove the core, then cut into cubes

2. Put in a microwavable bowl and cover with as much sugar and cinnamon as you wish (2 teaspoons of each suits me)

3. Microwave for 1 minute, mush ingredients together with a fork, cover with a handful of crushed cereal (Special K works, as do many others). Microwave for another 10 seconds.

4. Great on its own or with icecream/cream/custard/honey
