Do you think it is a rubbish groundsman or is he told to prepare it that way?

Because we've played loads of home games. The weather has also played a part.

3 games in a week including extra time against wet spam is why the pitch is in a bad way

All the other prem sides have to play week in weeek out and up North have far worse weather than us but their pitches are far better, ours is always bumpy and uneven all the time, if it is to stop the better teams at our place I could understand but not agree.

Our pitch is no better or no worse than any other teams....and it certainly ain't bumpy or uneven like you claim.....rubbish thread, absolute rubbish

After the snow and extreme cold, it's about where it should be, don't know why you claim ,what you claim ? ?

We was already warned that after having it re-layed and the undersoil heating fitted that the pitch would take a few years to properly bed down.

Obviously the amount of games and weather haven't helped that process but I would prefer a trip to Wembley than a lush green pitch to play on...it will get us used to the Wembley pitch too!!

Always have? We used to always get complimented on the quality of our pitch by the likes of Fergie and Wenger when bruce was here.

Isn't at its best now but who cares.

Well Arsene Wenger, king of the whingers disagrees.

3 home games in a week takes its toll no matter what you might think. No one else has had that many home games in the last week, hence why our pitch is looking slightly worse.

But don't let common sense or facts get on the way of your incoherent rambling eh?

You are full of the brown stuff. Prior to our pitch being resurfaced that time the Wolves game had to be rescheduled, it was consistently excellent.

I should ask my uncle as his company oversaw the installation of the under-soil heating. We "have worms" aswell, so I've been told

Our pitch is good against the big teams though - they don't like it. Ferdinand said how bobbly it is after the manure game in December... They don't like it up 'em!

Did you read my post and your own??

You are talkin carp... you said our pitch is uneven and bumpy all the time
It isn't...... our pitch has been like everyone else's during this cold spell and all the times played on it recently

I said it's the same as every clubs considering the weather ...

So how am I blind I'm a season ticket holder and the pitch isn't like that all the time like you stupidly suggested...it's about where it should be , like any other clubs no matter who

Daft thread

I thikn from watching matches on the tv a lot of pitches are poor this season. I dont know could be something to do with having the coldest winter in how many years.

Fulhams pitch was poor and southampton who probably had the better end of the scale weather wise this winter their pitch was digging up terrible.

The pitch is the poorest I've seen in the Premiership this season and I don't know why because I remember remarking to my missus how well it was holding up before Xmas. Some of you guys live in a fantasy world BTW.
