My brother and I sit next to each other and the ticket office have cocked it up (despite us telling them numerous times) and have always put both under my name, and therefore we only have one client reference number, despite one being a student ticket and one being an adult. I noticed when trying to book online that you have to assign a ticket a client ref and surname, however this is exactly the same for the two of us! Has anybody else had this problem? I really haven't got time to queue up and explain this to them in person!! Thanks in advance |

This is what i don't get. Blues say you can buy 2 if you bought 2 online, but then say 1 ticket per client ref. So which is it? |

Same here, 35 years as a season ticket holder counts for now't. Had 3 season tickets in the same Kop Corner since it opened, but this season i changed one name over to include my youngest son, did not do the same on the away club card. Now i can not get my seats together until tomorrow. Told its all my fault? "if its not hard enough" being a Blue Nose you get TEMPS in the ticket office giving you Sh** :wembley2: |

I'm glad this as been started as a thread, I'm the same as in brought all my tickets on-line for me and my old man under the one client reference. The semi-final is also showing up on my on-line account so I have 2x4 sets of stubs. This was posted on another thread.... I sent email to sarah gould about the need to que up or can you buy using online system. this is her reply... That's correct Stephen. 2 stub day is the 20th Feb. It's a one ticket per person (per client ref no) allocation. You will be able to purchase tickets provided you have 4 stubs (two for each person and they are marked Non STH). If you are already set up for online ticketing, you will be able to purchase online. Kind regards Sarah |

Take as many stubs as you like. They will know how many you are entitled to based on your booking history but it never hurts to ask/show them the tickets. Might twist their arm in some cases. |

my son paid by debt card over the phone for his cup tickets but they are not showing on his online history or client ref no so he cant buy online because of this ive got to go and cue up when the time comes to get his tickets because of him working and not being local WHAT A PAIN |

Blues have tried to clarify everything but with this situation they've confused it even more with mixed messages. All we need to know is can we book more than one ticket online on 1 client ref aslong as the history is shown as having purchased how ever many tickets for the cup games? |

Not really sure how it is possible to buy online/over the phone and it not show against a client reference number. Are you sure he wasn't using someone elses client reference number? The club can surely trace the purchase which will have been logged on the system to an address? |

I just think this is fraught with difficulty. The internet is probably set up to allow specific numbers (i.e. 1) per client ref no. Asking the internet to be able to decipher all that is too much. Your best bet is to try to convince a human being in person or on the blower. |

he said they asked whether he had a purchased tickets before he gave his address and the girl said his name , i checked his online account its showing that he as not had any for any cup games online or by phone hes got the stubs so im just going to cue like i said |

yes, And personally im going with the advice sarah gould sent me. WE can buy our tickets online. Spoke to someone outside blues today who booked hers online and it took about 20mins. She could not understand why people are queing, neither can i to be honest. Remeber All season ticket holders are difo getting a ticket. kro brummie65 |
