Just purchased 3 tickets online for the final, but had to sign my dads mate up using his season ticket. When signing up I entered the wrong email address I put @gmail.com insead of @hotmail.com because I was thinking of my email address. Paid for tickets etc but my concern is that someone else has now got all details in their inbox i.e. My card details, address of dads mate, 3 x client reference numbers + details of what I have ordered. I have chose special delivery for these tickets. Is there anything that can happen? My concern is that if the person is UK based (highly unlikely but you never know) then they could possibly get these tickets blocked from entrance to Wembley or potentially get another 3 duplicates sent out and steal them in some way. Advice please. |

Doh..... Try e-mailing them, or phone the reception and get a message sent to the ticket office |

The tickets will only get mailed to the lead client reference on the account so even if someone tried to pull a fast one they would have to prove their identity on collection and where they lived (like a driving license) to make sure it matched the ticket allocation. Worth emailing the club though to explain. |

I've just checked my confirmation email to see what information is displayed. It gives your membership number, booking reference and booking date. It then gives the block, row seat number and cost for each ticket. It then gives the name and address of who the tickets will be posted to. It doesn't give any card details or payment method (which company should anyway). I don't think you have to worry about card fraud, but may want to give the ticket office a call anyway to see what they advise. There may not be anyone with his first part of the email with gmail at the end, or if there is it could be someone in another country, so I doubt you should worry too much, but worth emailing or phoning the club just to let them know, on the slight off chance that someone may email them or phone them and ask for the tickets to be set to a different address or something. |

The e-mail address definately exists because I attempted to "recover forgot password" and it was asking me for the persons cats name. As it's gmail, I am hoping it may be someone in America or something. I am going to get my tickets on Wednesday so I will have a word then aswell as e-mail them. |

Just email the person with the @gmail account and ask them to send the confirmation to you. The chances are they're honest and if not and the worst comes to the worst, you can use your credit card statement to prove to the club that you bought them. They should then block any tickets sent and issue new ones to you. Wembley has automated turnstiles so they should be able to cancel any lost or stolen tickets. |

You mentioned earlier that your tickets were going to be delivered by Special Delivery.... How do you know that you are going to get them on Wednesday? |
