And each one priceless and reminds me of willy wonka in the choclate factory..whose got the golden ticket! Anyway by the time the stubs allocation are out 14000 would be sold. Now my workings out is this.. 31000 available -14000 season ticktes. 17000 left to be bought by stub holders. And for argument sake say 10000. This will leave around 7000 for general sale. What you think guys? Lets try and calm down this need to spend hours in que. Especially when you can buy your tickets online or on phone. Personnaly i Cant see 10000 stub holders who attended 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 cup games alone. Majority in the ground especailly on the first 3 cup games would have been season ticket holders (low attendances) even with the villa and west ham games how many in there who just attended these 2 games? I just cant see where the thousands would be. Maybe there will be more than 7000 tickets left for general sale, but of course what type of seat would you get. Support the Sir harry lauder kro and lets get it in the music charts. kro brummie65 |

I've said exactly that since day one Stephen, I think for general sale there will be between 6000-9000 left. |

If people want to queue then let them. It's something that they want to do, that shouldn't be harming anyone else. I think queuing for the final of a competition is part of the magic of going, I would have liked to myself if my time had allowed me to. |

I reckon that there will be only a few (if any) available for general sale. I have a bit of a dilemma I don't know whether to go down on the Sunday and get 5 for my mates who have 2 stubs, or hang back and get 8 on the Monday for the johnny-come-latelys who joined in aswell for West Ham. I phoned the ticket office to double check that I could do either of these because I have them all on my client reference and I could but the kind lady on the other end thought that I'd be taking a massive risk leaving it until Monday. |

31000. Less players/staff allocation say 50*20=1000 Less tickets allocated/given out by ticket office personnel. = ?? Less Ticketmaster. = ?? Less season ticket holders. = 14,000 Less stubs = 10,000 Less pubs and clubs selling tickets with seats on coaches (ie St Andy's Tavern etc) = ?? I'd say 1,000 to 2,000 to general sale. |

Sorry mate - that doesn't add up at all. Of the 10,000 stubs, are you saying NONE of those are ST holders? I'd say MOST are ST holders & as such already have their tickets. IMHO it's a bit more like this: 33,000 allocation 1,500 for the club to dish out to players etc 14,000 ST holders 6,000 (tops) with more than 1 stub 5,000 with 1 stub (as most seemed to wait until after the first leg before buying wet spam tickets from the posts on here) 6,500 for general sale Don't forget - most of the seating at Wembley is 'hospitality' which is why we were only allocated 31,500 for the fans in the first place! For those who can't get a ticket, I don't see why the club haven't thought about putting a big screen in at the ground, that way at least those who miss out wouldn't be sat at home trying to get a taste of the atmosphere - come on Blues - got to be a thought there eh? |

of course your right its a perosnal choice of how you get your ticket. Im not saying that, but what ive read and witnessed is the anxiety its causing alot of people, long ques for hours etc etc. I like the idea of getting your ticket via phone or even club web site. Gives the fans a wider scope to purchase and therefore avoiding long ques. I doubt many would really want to wait in the cold for hours on end when theres alternatives out there, its being caught up in the moment, and im just to blame as i have a few times. Its the rush the feeling of getting that ticket just like the lad in willy wonka. And i might add have done so in the past myself before the arrival of the internet. Ie layland daf and autowindscreens etc. Me and my lad did also for the cup final against liverpool also. And your right the atmosphere is great. Having said that there as seemed to be alot of long ques and people upset about the club not providing many office staff etc. I do think like runningman that there will be 6000 or so left for general sale. Time will tell. kro brummie65 |

exactley why i think we should be told by the club where the sales are at, they could predict roughly couldnt they of whats expected to be sold at each level, therfore calming fears. Just like season ticket holders queing for long hours on a match day when they have so many days to get their gaurenteed tickets. I personaly dont think there will be a great demand for tickets with fans with 1 stub..come on how many bluenoses are there with only 1 stub. Most bluesfans who have attended the cup games would have been season ticket holders. Take away the home away fans from the attendances. Remember the attendances at blues are regular people attending. I think you will get tickets even in general sale, dont know what seats that a different issue but im convinced it will get to general sale. kro brummie65 |

When we made it to the UEFA Cup Final in Manchester in 2008 Rangers opened up Ibrox for those who couldn't get to Manchester/to the final and put on big screens, entertainment etc. I was in Manchester so I wasn't there but some of my friends here went & said it was a great day. Deffo a good idea! As for general sale, I asked the TO weeks ago about this and they told me a 1% chance of it happening. :crying: |

Many of us have both stubbs and ST's. This will add some to the pool - less corporates and sponsors, many of whom also hold ST's anyway. |
