Im just posting a thread really to say that I like many other blues fans with disabilitys have really been treated badly. On friday I went to the Ticket office to get my tickets (One free carer) and was told I would have to come back Monday as they couldnt sort me out till then. I have a white membership card so that why I went on that day.

I like many others had to wait in a line for 4 hours plus to be rejected and its not on. I was in alot of pain and to be told I went through all that for nothing was really hard to take.

I was spoken too like a piece of S**T and the guy had no understanding to what I had gone through and started to take the **** out of all the disabled that had waited claiming it was "Our own doing" and if I had waited 10 hours he wouldnt care.

Now ive got my tickets today and im very happy to be going but it doesnt make me feel any better about how I was treated.

I am deciding whether to go to the paper or not as ive had no reply to my complaints.

KRO!!!!

I find this a little hard to believe, if I'm being honest.

If that's true mate, you need to complain, all the way to the top if need be! And if it was Blues staff that said that he needs to be repremanded. That is a disgusting way to be speaking to anyone! I would be demanding at least an apology.

That's who I've e-mailed and it's getting nowhere. Oh and just because im stating that I've been treated badly doesn't mean I'm a villa supporter. I was shocked like anyone else would be. I have my ticket now but I just feel the guy owes me an apology at least. KRO!!!!

I got my brother to get the tickets Monday and I was told he was as nice as pie. Maybe he was having a bad day but that doesn't excuse it. He refused to give me his last name which I thought was quite bad also. KRO!!!!
