Same here, except they didn't open the online service till about 9:40AM, meaning they managed to get 40 mins of rip off phone charges out of us first. |

i got a confirmation email off sarah gould saying that the lines are fully operational today. Its just the ticket master phone lines that are off. im number 32 as we speak but shall see what happens when i get through. 47 minutes and iv moved 20 places. took me about 15 attempts to get through |
