wonder how much the club makes from the phone lines... i know that 0844 numbers are money generating but not sure how much.

They claim its 5p a minute from BT landlines, but I dread to think from mobiles!

I like the way it takes just over a minute to reach the point where it says all operators and busy and kicks you off. Eat your heart out, Karren Brady.

Am I being too cynical here?

been trying since 9am cant even get in the Q would like to know if its open or not so dont have to sit on the phone all day......

It opened at 10 apparently. If you manage to get in the queue now you should (in theory) get served.

Cant even get in the Q "All operators are busy please try latter" and hour and a half......just waiting to try and get in the damn Q.......... :angry:

Same here, except they didn't open the online service till about 9:40AM, meaning they managed to get 40 mins of rip off phone charges out of us first.

Just checked, its cost me £10.50 for approx 19 calls from my mobile. Not in a queue yet either.

Anyone purchased over the phone yet?

i got a confirmation email off sarah gould saying that the lines are fully operational today. Its just the ticket master phone lines that are off. im number 32 as we speak but shall see what happens when i get through. 47 minutes and iv moved 20 places. took me about 15 attempts to get through

Me too... I wouldn't mind if I was in the queue waiting, but the bloody woman who keeps telling me things is becoming very annoying.

keep trying... you will get there. i was in the queue and my phone battery ran out and am now back in another queue so you should be ok...
