Has anyone pre-booked a car park space yet? Just wondering the best place and what price you paid, have seen spaces from anywhere between £15 and £25. About 5/10 mins walk to the stadium.

Train is the way to go, no petrol money or car space money, and no chance of robbery ;)

Yes, and the most frustrating thing - seeing your train on the platform ready and waiting - only to find you can't get to the platform for ages !! :banghead:

Drive down M40 then to Uxbridge or Harrow on the Hill then tube straight to Wembley... no problem parking at either place...

Have booked a parking space at WEmbley. It has cost £25 which I know is a lot but its a guaranteed parking space. I know it will take ages to get out, but hey ho, we are going to Wemberley!

Do it for the England games every time, surprisingly efficient, well worth the £25 if you're driving down **thumbup

Seriously mate, Well worth £25?? for a plot of tarmac with some paint on it for 4 or 5 hours???

Are you nuts??

Park & get the tube & hole up in a boozer afterwards until crowds die down.

Or like me, park on a mates drive for free (though I would go for tube ride in from a few stops away as mention Harrow or Uxbridge) Used to do the same at Highbury (into Holloway Station)

Ark at Dean with the attitude, i said i've done it for England games, especially night games, with five of us in a car paying a bluey each and being back on Kingshurst for a beer before last orders. If that not worth five English Pounds then i dont know what is.

For me personally i am taking a tube related journey and having a day on the beer, my club playing at Wembley is a whole different scenario than watching my country, i do realise though that for some people the world dont revolve around the next pint and for some a sharp exit may make the difference between a four hour journey and a ten hour one.

Different strokes for different folks
