I recommend asking the club and assuming the opposite of whatever they say. **thumbup |

No it isn't.. i was queing from 7:30pm last night at the kop, got served at 9:am, when i was at the front of the queue the steward was telling us that the garrison lane TO would not be opening because they didn't have enough staff in.. He was absolutely bricking it because he said there was 500 or so people queing outside it, and they were too scared to tell them that it wouldn't be open because of the reaction they were gonna get.. typical blues.. |

Jimbo, This is the problem with this whole operation, Deanlad said yesterday that the club had communicated early on somewhere that both offices would be open every day, now today its closed. The communication has been terrible throughout, nobody appears to know what is going on from one day to the next, and the stewards / security are as confused and uninformed as anybody else. The best way this could have been done, and it should have been done this way from the start, was to have one queue and both offices, if open, serve from the front of the one queue, with blocks of 100 or so from the front of the kop taken over to the main stand office. It was quite comical yesterday and sums up the lack of communication and organisation. We were about 70th in the queue outside the kop, they let everyone in front of us inside the gates and stoped the queue at us. The steward said "you are lucky they are opening up the main stand office, we are taking you over and you will be first in the queue there". They then led us through the ground, around the kop and we joined back up with the queue we were already in. Got served in 40 minutes and all in all I am chuffed to bits to get my ticket but they do make life hard for themselves. |

I don't know about making life hard for themselves, fishblues, but they certainly seemed intent on making it hard on the fans. Almost everything the club administration can get wrong you bet your bottom dollar that it WILL get wrong. In the light of this fiasco the club should offer tickets to the Bolton game at £10 max to anyone who has spent a night queing for Wembley tickets as compensation. Get it together Blues and quick. |
