I had to resort to using the phone line to buy the tickets today as I am currently in the Lake District on vacation.

Managed to connect to the queue system at 09:04am and went from position 33 to 12 in 2.5 hours until I was disconnected. Managed to connect once again and this tiime went to 1 in the queue from 55 in 3 hours and then disconnected again!

No more tickets and left very dissapointed, what a farce!

Its pretty common for long phone calls to be disconnected. Its more then likely the fault of your network then the club. It could have been a temporary loss of signal, a problem with a satellite or most likely the computer in the telephone exchange.

Not really fair to assume its the clubs fault.

They were experiencing a lot of problems with calls being cut off after being in the queue for a very long time. Not sure whether anything can be done about it now but it's worth sending an e.mail to Sarah Gould explaining what happened to you.

It was certainly not a network fault, I had a message from the operator asked to call back later after waiting 6.5 hours in the queue in total. Down to 1 in the queue at one stage. Disgrace.

just a though they are raffling a ticket at The Stechford club Northcote Road for Charity -£2 a strip- drawn in the club Thursday 10pm ..worth a look?

mail the club and tell them , i had exactly the same situation today and mailed the club, they called me back tonight and sorted me out, give it a try....

Many thanks supporter, i've got the tickets now and fair play to the Blues they called me and sorted me out. Wembley here we come!!!!!
