I have not been to any games this season :crying:

But when i sit on the Garry Glitter and unload it don't stink so i think i deserve a ticket ,

but then again i have the best view infront of my 8 ft projection screen in HD ,i have a toilet 3 ft outside my living room door under the stairs and a kitchen with all mod cons kettle ,fridge ,microwave,

no travelling costs no ticket fee,no queuing for 10 hours to get said ticket for wembley

AND I STILL LOVE THE BLUES MORE THAN YOU LOT :blues:

well done , you dont have to go to every game to be a good supporter.
people go to every game just so they can say i was there. i used to do it at the baggies and someone once said to me "they wont come to see you when you are bad" i now have more money so i can go on better holidays etc and all it means is when someone says remember arsenal away i dont take part and guess what no ones bothered anyway. i am only going to wembley cause its going to cost me nothing, its a big occasion and a free day out is a free day out. i hope blues win but if they dont it wont break my heart so its a no brainer really.

because i went to the worthington cup final and the play off final havent been any games before or since, but i think that qualifies me for a ticket  **thumbup

So you've been to 2 games, as have I...and you're more entitled to go the final than me because why exactly?!! :ball:

are you joking, or do you really think my post was serious ? :silence:

:LMAO: I'm no that daft! To clarify no I didn't take your posts seriously.

why not, i was being deadly serious ?

Because ive been a season ticket holder for years and years and years, go away whenever I can, even commuted from Stoke when I was there for uni for every home and any away game I went too.

I was part of that lot who were devastated at Portsmouth last season in the FA Cup...just like I was part of that lot who kept on singing at 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 nil down at Old Trafford this season.

I have missed 2 games in almost 3 seasons, and have had a season ticket for around 10 years now, do i deserve it maybe/ maybe not i would like to think that is decent enough going but who am i to decide. This does not make me any more of a fan than anyone else, we all live and breathe this football club so in a way we all deserve to see our team in our first major cup final at wembley for that one reason!
Come On You Blues!

best post yet, fully agree :applause:

I deserve a Final ticket for my sheer devotion to Barry Ferguson for the last 15yrs!!

And I've been down to see Blues twice in 1 yr at considerable expense, the Final will be my 3rd trip in a year!

As a matter of interest Mrs F, how did you manage to aquire a ticket? I know you are a very charming
young lass, but do let us into the secret. :silence:

Season ticket holder, white card away holder and I went to all rounds of the CC.

If I'm honest the people I think I feel sorry for are the ones who maybe go to 5-10 home games a season, try to go when they can, but didn't go to any of the cup games and have missed out, whilst people who maybe went to one cup game like the Villa game got a ticket when they probably hadn't been down before at all in the league and probably haven't been since.

But hey they have to have a system in place and I guess that is the fairest way.

I do have no sympathy at all though for those who haven't been to a game full stop in years who are moaning that they haven't been able to get a ticket.

I know there are many valid reasons why people can't go to the game these days, and I'm not having a go at them for not going to games at all, but when I hear them moaning like they have a God given right to a ticket "been a bluenose for years.. I was down there when so and so was in charge and we were in division x".

Also IMO those who don't go to the games in the league purely for the reason that they can watch them for free in the pub every week should watch the final for free in the pub too ;)

Because I have a season ticket, been to 3 carling cup games and 5 away games. And for a sixteen year old that's pretty impressive, especially as I don't have a job yet so I spend practically all of my money following Blues!

Ive been a season ticket holder for the last 7+ years, never missed a home game, bronze away club member and been to every cup game this season apart from west ham away and millwall away. Been to a few away games this year as well so think I deserve my wembley ticket :dancer:

I have missed one home game in the last two Seasons based on the fact that buying my Wembley Ticket caused me to not be able to afford to go the one I missed (Sheff Wed game), I have also been to as many away games as I possibly can.

I have my ticket. :kro:

Ive had a season ticket for 25 years, missing only 3 home games in this time, I go to 70% of the away games, ive seen every carling cup game bar west ham away this season and I am 300% going to wembley, got my ticket on 2nd day of sales, no queues, no hassle, happy days - just wish some of the hangers on would go to more game, we need it full every week not just when wembley comes knocking, Attendance against sheff wed was a disgrace !
anyway See you there Sunday, Have the belief that we can do it and we will - UP THE BLUES SOTV

 Calm yourself Bryan! I'm here. I've been busy all evening washing, ironing & packing my case for Wembley. And no, I'm most definately not Fergie's Mrs! If you saw her and you saw me you'd know why! ;)

Right, back to the original question from Koppite. I have already said how I got my ticket in another thread but I don't mind repeating what I said here too :) -

Obviously, this is a public forum so I can't go into too much detail. All I will say is I have a contact who is involved with a football club in Glasgow and his work allows him the opportunity to get tickets. I may add it's all above board; I had to provide personal details and make payment direct to the Football League for the tickets.

So, therefore, I am not depriving any Blues fans of a ticket. If it wasn't me in that seat it would be someone else. The ticket would never be on general sale anyway.

I hope you're all not annoyed at me getting a ticket. I consider Blues my English team & have spent a fair bit of money to go down to see them. Yes, admittedly, only since Fergie went there. However I think they'll always be my English team now.

Happy guys?! **thumbup

I deserve my ticket because I have it. Simple. And If our allocation had sold out before 2 stub day I would have no qualms.

:applause: Finally, someone said this. I've had enough of reading about those moaning about those who have come out of the 'woodwork'.

Those who spent hours queueing up (like myself) have only got a ticket that they were entitled to under the clubs criteria. Not at the expense of 'proper fans'

I have missed 2 league games this season....Bolton away and West Ham away in the league. I was among the 612 that went up to Blackpool on the Tuesday night in January, the 701 that were at Stoke, and the 800 that were at Millwall. Last season I went to Portsmouth twice in 3 days last March, and I am a gold member.

I think I deserve one.....
