The reality of what others think of us & the brand of football we play.

I should be offended by that article, but sadly agree with much of it.

I don't think anyone will be mourning our relegation today, except the supporters of the club.

And you know what... embarrasing as it is to see that written about the club I love... I can't argue with it. Of course the Eck lovers will dismiss it as 'garbage'... but they've all got their heads so deep in the sand that they wouldn't see an elephant if it was sat on their khazee!

It's written in a nasty way, but the majority is unfortunately true.

We are dull, boring and hated, and everyone outside of blues are glad to see the back of us.

If you live in the real world you have to agree with those comments.
Our blue tinted brigade must live in a blue bubble.
Do you think the Blues hierarchy realise what the rest of the football world think of
our club? :silence:

mourino is known as the special one... but plays negative

man city got 3rd playing "negative"

Sorry there is no way I can sit and agree with all of this. Yes I want to see us play a more attacking style next season, however there is still room in the game for a team that is well organised, and defensive.

Look who those teams have up front though, never mind all the quality around the rest of the park.

thats my point. There is room for a well organised team when the players are of the right quality

unfortunately we didn't have the right blend of players to play the 4 5 1 but big eck stuck with it!! :(

There may be room in the game, Jassy, but obviously there wasn't room in the league for such a team. McLeish out and out now!

I don't disagree with that, but then again we're the lowest league goalscorers, and in three years of McLeish we've always struggled for goals.

Even as a supporter of the club I have to admit that watching Blues is often not a pleasurable event, it can be more interesting watching the grass grow on the pitch.

Side, side, side foooooorrrrwaaaard, Jerome chase, not get there, opposition attack - ad infinitum

totally agree, we need a shake up. the attacking side of things needs adressing, with out losing the defensive side imo

if we can keep the unit together we will be able to get out of the championship!

Its written in a nasty way because the author is a Gooner.

But as others have said, I still cannot argue with it.

Clearly written by some sad bitter arsenal fan.

Surely Arsenal should have been listed top of the losers pile in their own little section. Yet another season of winning naff all. Bet theyll come in for all 3 of Foster, Dann and Johnson as well :LMAO:

Foster, possibly. Johnson and Dann don't pass anything like well enough to play for Arsenal. As for the author being a Gooners fan well maybe but I'm sure the piece was largely representative of the views of most neutrals. In fact I think there's a case for saying the author didn't go far enough in his/her assessment of our shortcomings.
