I was reading a few tweets earlier and some of the BLues staff could very well lose there jobs. To us and some of them i suppose its a passion but to them it feeds there kids & pays there mortgage.
I was gutted watching after the match as was everyone else but those few who staff our club in none playing roles it must have been heart break. I hope that the financial after shock of relegation does not hit the is not felt by the non playing staff.

They could choose to close the forum down who knows

Puts things into perspective.

I think, the greatest loss in all of this is that my company might not be renewing our corporate tickets, so I'm going to have to sit in with the riff raff again. I'm so gutted about this.

Yeah it provides a bit of perspective, for most of us relegation is just disappointment but for some it could be a loss of a job. Follow a lot of the staff on Twitter and they all seem like good folk, not shying away after defeat. Hope their jobs are safe.

:LMAO: free thats an interesting concept, anytime given up by anyone at the club is paid for by the club. When you lose money you work leaner and sweat your assets more which means do things that make money not give up time for internet forums.

If the people paid by the club to look after the forum aren't around then the forum isn't either. As businessmen with more productive mediums like Twitter & Facebook now around they would question what do they get out of the forum anyway?

That wasn't my main point however, my main point was the fact that while were moaning about players comings and goings some people ar wondering if they'll have to find a new job.

I know it wasn't you're main point, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity of an easy laugh.

Anyway, if this forum goes the way of the dodo, there are alternatives **thumbup

I feel for anyone who loses their job.

BUT, I don't think you go to work for football clubs like ours, especially in this financial climate, for long-term job security.

The threat of losing your job is just a relegation or adminstration away.
