Aston Villa goalkeeper vote: The final three

Ben Foster, Shay Given and Paul Robinson have emerged as the top three fans' choices to replace Brad Friedel if he leaves Aston Villa.

In a vote on the Birmingham Mail (See full result here) Shay Given came out on top with 39 percent of the votes with Ben Foster in second with 36 percent of the votes.

We paid 6 million for him, Spurs and Arsenal are interested we should be looking at 15 million for him.

Completely agree why do we need to sell him?..surely we can afford the wages?

15million should be the starting price!!!!

Its about time we earn money from selling players, everyone else does!!

He doesn't seem the sort that will force a move (prior to relegation he effectively stated he'd stay), so set a high valuation and refuse to acquiesce.

that would be the same 6M will paid last season. his stock is considerably higher now so let the auction start at 10M and rise + remember the stealth hike if Spurs want him. 3M+ what anyone else offers commonly known as the Levy shuffle...........
