Dont want any stupid white bar across the top this time, would prefer just a plain blue top for once!

Talking of which last seasons shirts, home and away are in the club shop sale for £10.

Long sleeves pnly

I agree it looks like a mock up, but I still think it's a nice shirt.

Has anyone noticed that the new home kit appears to have Blue shorts? Unless theye are just blue stripes down the sides?!?! All very confusing

blue shirt and shorts shirt looks like a retro-ish fit with round(ish) neck white collar

There was an advert on the front of the site which I now cant find but it had computer generated graphics of a Blues top. Unsure if it's 'the' top if you know what I mean but it was mostly white with blie along the sides. An extreme version of the Penguin if you will.

Been there for years. Not the blues kit.

Is it because they're waiting to sort out the sponsor?

Yeah I prefer the almost totally royal blues kits - we are the BLUES after all.

The Rangers home kit from last season is basically that Forest shirt in blue.

Too boring in my opinion. I reckon racing stripes, flames, the works!

The sponsors name is the crucial thing

I hope we dont have some crazy bright red logo in the middle of the shirt

Does it have to be the exact colours of the sponsors logo. For example if we got sportingbet, would it have to be the proper colours like on the wolves shirt or could we have it just white?

NO

If a company with a pink heart as its logo paid for the shirt sponsorship , then we would have a PINK heart on a blue shirt

As they would want people to identify with THEIR logo ! BRANDING i think they call it

The best logos, like O2, Nike etc can are just single colour so can work as white or any colour on any shirt, so it depends on what the logo is like of the new sponsor and if their logo requires colour in it or not... like F&C Investments, Triton Showers etc didn't, whereas Phones4u did need red.

For example if we got EasyJet the logo would have to be orange as that's very strong in their brand.

I would hazard a guess that today's news about Carsen Yeung might delay the new shirt coming out, all depends if the new sponsor pulls out at the last minute not wanting to be associated etc etc

The home and away kits are being released at midnight. No word on when the 3rd kit (the European away kit) is being released.
