I wonder what effect this would have on Carson holding onto to his stake in the club and our ability to run as an ongoing concern considering the black hole in our finances following our loss of sky revenue

Carson is just a shareholder in BIHL, and his shares, as part of his personal assets, will be frozen, meaning that he can't sell or transfer them.
It will have no effect on BCFC buying/selling or trading as a football club in any way whatsoever, other than it would stop CY from taking any money out/putting any money in, to BIHl or BCFC.
