the first murder happened 48 years ago today, the victim was 16 year old pauline reade. i went to her grave in gorton cemetary last week and it was overgrown so i tidied it up as best i could. most of her family have now sadly also died.
i am writing a book called hyde and seek, its all about the moors murders with a view to getting it published and the profits going to keith bennetts family to pay for the private search, as the police search has been called off. keith is the only victim yet to be found.just hope i can get the book published, but in the meantime,
pauline, R.I.P.

If you struggle to get it published, try sticking on it amazon priced at 0.00, once it gets noticed and hopefully popular, start charging.

I have downloaded quite a few books from the Amazon Kindle store for free, that are now in the bestsellers top 10 paid list on Amazon... its a great way for independants to get noticed.

Once people have left some good reviews your book will get noticed more.

Nice gesture, maulley

The Moors Murders were truly shocking and I'm just glad Hindley was never released

Brady now remains the longest serving prisoner in a Britsh prison and was declared criminally insane in 1985

73 years old and apparently I'm told he has to be occassionally force fed and wants to die anyway.....why don't they just grant him his wish

Hell Awaits for the pair of them.....Hindley (was considered to be the more evil of the two by the media) is already there

I'd donate money if you did do that.

Shouldn't give him anything he wants.

Force feed him the most horrible food and let him suffer.

Deserves no more than that.

Let him rot.

i think everyone would agree with that,BUT brady is the only person who knows where keith bennett is buried, and he needs to be found for his families sake. once brady dies no one will ever find keith.

Sadly, while he's alive, it's not going to happen either.

I thought they'd already searched with him. Also, with the duration of time and if he's insane like Parti says, I just can't see how it can happen. I think the only hope may be technology improving in time, to be able to detect something.

Very very sad.

he went on the moors but coudnt find the place but asked to go again after seeing photos, but they wouldnt let him. he has written a book which is used in english ans american universaties in psycology, it has also been translated into many different languages, so hes not that mad. but i suppose anyone who commits the crimes he did cant be sane either.
i think it would be worth one more visit to the moors with a view to if he can pinpoint the grave and they find keith then brady be allowed to commit suicide, which is the deal he wanted. its a win win situation.

Maulley have a look at this site: http://unbound.co.uk/

i heard about it yesterday when Terry Jones (ex Python) was on the radio. it's a place where authors can put some of their work online and see whether there's an audience for it... might be of use - you get more of the profits too, well your cause will.

good luck - great idea of yours, please PM me if you get it off the ground, i'd be really keen to read and contribute.
