Last year i went to 5 away games, Tottenham, west ham, wigan, blackburn and man utd. I got the card through the post and it was WHITE. Phoned them up and they said they only had 2 away games recorded on my season ticket. A friend also went to 13 away games and they gave him blue. anyone else had this problem? |

last season i wrote to the TO providing details of the games i'd attended and copies of bank statements showing the purchases made now make sure whenever i buy a ticket it is recorded against my client ref number, especially when buying away tickets late in the day that reach season ticket or general sale |

Kieren, it seems the system this year somewhere along the line has deleted everyones records for some reason. I renewed after they had sent the cards out, yet my client transaction history has gone from having 8 away games to 0. this is not the first time they have messed up. If you havent made sure your away games are assigned to your client reference then the only way of getting them assigned is to produce the stub, or produce details of your block, row and seat number so it can be assigned to your client reference. I always email Wendy Monks, she is head of ticketing and to be fair very good. She has recently sorted my issue out with my away card, as she did last season. Wouldent even bother with the ticket office personally. |
