Bcfc Membership And E Ticketing; problem

Having mislislaid my password for membership I completed the 'request new password' and received a message that it would be sent by e mail. 23 hours later I am still waiting so I phoned BCFC (as instructed on the web site ) to be told that it was ticketmaster and would take up to 24 hours. Not having much faith in the system I asked what should i do if I hadnt received it within the next hour and was told to re-send for it!!!!!!.
Are any other ST holders having a problem with the service. It also appears that the ability to purchase my own seat for the Europa match on line is now not available, although until I can log in I'm not sure if this is the case.
Appears to be a bit of a shambles that it takes 24 hours to send a new password to me.. although I have doubt I will ever get it.

I bought my ST seat on line yesterday. Everything appeared to work, except I've had 3 e-mails confirming I,ve done it. Hope this doesn't mean I'll get charged 3 times.
