Yep, a few days a go, £5 for me and my Dad and £3 for my son.
The biggest hassle was assigning their accounts to mine so I could manage them.

The on-line website is a complete joke, which also means that Ticketmaster is a waste of time because they use the same interface.

I want to buy two season ticket (student) seats and two non-season ticket (adult) tickets. Should cost £26 but if I wanted to buy them on ticketmaster/online you'd have to pay £40!

They really need to sort it out because its making it unecessary hard for people to buy tickets when they should be making it as easy as possible. Imagine if it was this hard to buy things on websites like Amazon .... they'd go out of business!

Ordered my tickets over 2 weeks ago, still not delivered. Has everyone else had theirs yet? And what's the procedure if they don't arrive??

Ring the ticket office, they will print new tickets and you can pick them up on the night.
