Not true actually.

If he is found guilty - he will be fined and his assetts removed.
Sold off - whatever.

At the moment they are frozen, simply because he is under indictment.

His next court appearance - in a higher court, when he will make his official plea - is on August 30th.

There are still at least 4 Euro Lottery draws before he will be in court.

That gives me at least 8 chances of winning, meaning that we won't need his money by then.

Surely with 8 goes, I MUST win enough to stop our fans worrying about the future!

I'll probably give Mr H a few million to spend and a pay rise. I'd also keep PP on, as I reckon he's going to be the bloke to take us on in the next 10 years **thumbup

How convienient that he might have his assets unfrozen on the 30th aug, that gives us NO time to bring in anyone with only 1 day left of the transfer window < <

The point is IF he does a Harry Houdini and get's off IMHO his position at BCFC is totally kiboshed the absolute diabolical bad press Yeung has caused BCFC threw- out the football world will take year's to get over if ever.

I doubt IF found guilty Yeung will get a custodial sentence I think more likely a financial penalty either way he need's to do the honourable thing and resign get the off-ski out of BIHL/BCFC

Perhaps Zigic wouldn't agree to one.

The players that everyone wanted wouldn't have signed with relegation clauses, I guarantee Pannu tried to include them.

I can see this dragging on for months and months. There will probably be adjournments, hearings etc etc.

Pannu and Yeung are both a joke for me and the sooner they have exited this club the better.

their running of this club, along with all the other Directors, has been nothing short of shocking and inept. it appears that they have laid out all their grand plans for Blues in the Far East without any thought, or plan, for what might happen if relegation happened and now it has we're just imploding.

despite losing so many players we still have to sell to move forward... how the hell have we come to this?

with the President seemingly on the verge of prison and the Chairman remaining silent, supporters are spending their hard-earned cash without any knowledge of where it's going or whether the club's long-term future is safe.

we can only hope that a benefactor comes along but i just cannot see it until (or if) we reach the point of administration.

never has our anthem been more relevant than right now - though the way be long, let your heart beat strong.

How can you guarantee that?

And in negotiations you don't try to include anything which is an essential requirement of the deal - you make certain that specific requirements are 'deal breakers' and that they are included....
By not including a relegation clause in any contract the Club's financial stability is placed at risk....
Part of the incentive for the player is to ensure that they play at their optimum level then hopefully if everyone else does the same they don't have to worry about relegation clauses **thumbup
