i knew that he was s#¡+ when i see him down at the everton friendly ..
Don't get me wrong i'm not blaming it all on him , or making him a scapegoat , but the fact of the matter is , is that he doesn't look to be a particularly good goalkeeper.. but i suppose taking into consideration our current plight , he's all we've got :(

We've had two of the best keepers in the country for the last two seasons - we've been spoilt.
And now we have an average one everyone thinks he's rubbish?

Its not really his fault, just as its not Doyle's fault that they lack the consistency to be 1st choice at their respective clubs. My concern with Myhill is Albion were so keen to move him out and get Foster in they have gone into the season with only 1 keeper. Fosters back up is a youth team keeper. As we do not have two pennies to rub together to get anyone else, sadly he's the best we have so we have to hope he improves.

None of the 3 goals today were Myhill's fault IMO, and he made a couple of really good saves that kept us in the game

If he is preferred to Doyle what does that tell you? Sounds like he made some good stops today. The score could have been worse. I should look at the defence first.

What we need is a £10-£15m rated centre half to help shore up the defence. if only we had one..........

Still two players who have been employed by numerous clubs in the Proffesional game.
Now how can they be poor when they're getting paid a healthy sum of money to do a job that for over 2 million people in this country is a weekend hobby?

I surprised a few Baggies fans weren't asking for Myhill back after some of Ben Fosters tricks yesterday. The jury was out on Jo Hart first few matches.

to be fair to myhill he hasnt played regularly since his time at hull, where he played well. Give him time and he will stop letting in goals that he should keep out, and imo in a while he will become a very good championship keeper :blues:
