Now I'm not suggesting that if Blues don't add by then that we should all begin the panic process 1 September, of course, I'm just saying that if you're going to panic it would be much more understandable to do it then than it does now when there's still time to address it. **thumbup

The time for panic is actually November.

All clubs in the Football League pyramid can start to bring in loan players from September 8th. Until November.

There is no limit on the number but you can only name upto 5 loanees in your matchday squad.

Until the transfer window shuts, a lot of potential loanees will be hoping they figure in their club's plans - if not immediately they and their club would consider loans.
More seriously.

Not many players are going to be thinking of a loan-out before the window shuts and their position becomes clearer.

Blues have had something like EIGHT triallists so far, and to our knowledge only Carter and Lua Lua are still at Wast Hills. In my estimation, that is to do with fitness and skill level, not wages. Because they all would have known before they trialled what their possible contract parameters were going to be.

The time for panic is November, when I will enjoy resurrecting threads like this one.

Right.....

Doncaster, Coventry, Wartford, Palace, Hull, Barnsley. That's 6 teams I am 100% confident we will finish above this season, and I'm sure there will be more.

We aren't getting promoted, that's out of the window as far as I'm concerned, we will however finish comfortably mid table Imo.
Yesterday was just about tiredness, I think perhaps a better option would have been going straight to Middlesbrough from Mediera, because traveling from Mediera to Birmingham, then Birmingham to Middlesbrough In 2 day's Is a LOT of travelling, the players were clearlye knackered!!

We have a paper thin squad yes, but our first 11 when fit Is be better than most first 11's In this division.

Let me retract and correct then... No panicking before November!!! :P
Then again, why panic in November when the transfer window will only open up again in January? **thumbup

I was being a bit cheek from the off to be honest, and I don't intend on panicking at all (i guess i should have used a few more smileys to let my tone be better known)... I maintain my position that our chances of relegation are minuscule, that if we go with what we have we'll still be safe, and if we make a few beneficial additions to our very thin squad, we'll being pushing for promotion. :kro:
