Im trying to buy some tickets online from the club website, i have done this countless times up until this season and it appears they have now changed the way it works.

I am buying 4 tickets, 1 for myself, 1 for my dad and 2 friends. I used to be able to just click pay and bobs your uncle. Now its asking me to assign tickets to people before i can do it, which means filling in forms for 2 people who probably don't know how to use a computer and don't have email address and personal information which i'm not aware of.

Is this necessary or am i just being daft? Any help would be appreciated.

Is it for the Braga game? I've only ever been asked to do it once and that was Nacional so it might be to stop touting for the European games.

I bought 2 tickets for Braga online, one for me and a friend who are going. I have an account, he doesn't. I had to assign the second ticket to another member. I just got him to create a membership with the online ticketing system and assigned him once he gave me his client number. He needed to create one anyway...I'm sure he'll be buying his own tickets soon.

But you and your dad for example may not need two different accounts...I suggest you phone the ticket office.

Yeah, it's for that game but I thought reducing the number of tickets each to 4 was to stop touting? (that's also a pain in the backside because I often go with more than 4 people and don't live anywhere near the ground)

It's quite inconvenient and I don't think I'm going to be anywhere near the ground in the next couple of days.
