Hi all,

I am part of a 4-men flight crew that asked our employer Brussels Airlines to be scheduled for a Brussels - Birmingham rotation and overnight in Birmingham City especially to watch the game Birmingham City - Club Brugge!

We are definately supporting for the home side as totally anti-Bruges!

Now here comes the difficult part: I tried to book tickets online but the website failed, the day after I contacted the ticketing office and she told me that as I had no history I couldn't buy tickets! Via our hotel was not possible either.

Is there a 'deus ex machina' to get us tickets for the game, all help welcome ;-)

regards,

Bart

Good luck and if you go to on line tickets you should be able to get some. Now a lot of us may need some help from Brussels airlines...On 30th November many Blues fans are flying via Brussels airlines to Porto for our game against Braga. There is the strong possibility that there will be a national strike on that day which could affect ATC and if so we will not be able to fly. I am trying to write to your company to ask to change my trip and bring it forward 24 hours but they just tell me to contact them 48 hours before. As I live in Mexico and I am flying first to Birmingham via Continental and then to Porto with yourselves I am getting pretty worried. Would it not make sense for Brussles Airlines to pre empt any possible strike and let people change their flights now rather than have a massive problem a few days before as i reckon at least 200 will be flying to Porto via Brussels airlines in the days before the game. This should not be a way of making money on change of booking fees but helping people in advance when there could be a massive problem...certainly for me as I am stuck in Mexico not knowing what is going on. How about a bit of help on that one and I am sure you will be made very welcome at the game as long as you support BCFC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really would like to help you, but you better contact the service center for all your flight inquiries.
