Some of you people have no idea, this is the best football we have watched at St Andrews since Bruce's second season in the Prem. With the like's of Dugarry and Forssell..... We are playing nice fast football, on the ground which is suppose to be how its played................... Fehey went forward last night, Burke took players on and Redmond was a breath of fresh air down the left.............. Just need to get the strikers shooting straight. But come on stop moaning,be thankfull we still have a club to 'Love'and watch,at the moment. :applause: |

they're still in the habit of going to the glory games. Wembley, europe, top 6 (prem) etc last night proved pricing is a cop out. its more than that |

I agree with this to a certain extent. But say they charged a fiver for adults and kids for a quid last night, obviously a lot more would go... Then say the big games (Europe, knock-out games and top 6) they charged full whack for those (say £30+), then I think it would be a lot easier to see the gap between important matches vs. cheap tickets. |

Last years team looked dire in the Premiership, too; otherwise they wouldn't have been relegated. |

Its the same crowd Albion or Stoke would have got for this type of fixture in the middle of this kind of fixture pile up. Worth bearing in mind the last time we played Burnley in the CC there were 500 Burnley fans and 28'000 Blues fans in a virtual sell out. Burnley won that game and then Barnsley beat us at Oakwell in front of 7'000 Blues fans. |

We have a far weaker squad than last season but a better manager I agree, but this squad would be relegated in the Prem. |

And yet last night the ball was hoofed time and time again to zigic to knock down, something he couldn't do time and time again but yet they persisted in doing it. |

If we all pay £5 and kids for a quid we would be watching lonees fron Walsall and Port Vale. Butland and Redmond would have already been sold. A burger anf chips cost more than a fiver. |

But they arent playing in the Prem and they wont be playing in the Prem, so that statement is just ridiculous, athough I'd love to see what you have to say if we beat a Prem team in the cup. |

Just an observation, the games are coming thick and fast. I think we have had 11 home games already - and it is only mid-November. I read on here that money is extremely tight for a lot of people and 11 games in 12 weeks is a lot of shelling out. The club should realise this and throw in a £5 adult + £1 child two ticket deal for a game such as Burnley where it can be predicted that the attendance will suffer. And let's be honest we have these extra game through success, so the club should look on it as a positive. |

The lack of attendance for certain games has always been there, and there are all sorts of reasons for it. In the 70s, I used to go home and away, but there were always games I didnt go to for any amount of reasons. Money, work, mates not going, being bored, weather, the opposition. Its no different today, except I do believe overall its seems more expensive. Having read that back, I hope you dont think I was being defensive :) |
