Surprised nobody has mentioned it yet, Chris Hughton has never lost a home game in the Championship. Newcastle didn't lose a home game during their promotion Season and he is carrying on this terrific record here at St Andrew's.

Do you think we could possibly go the whole Season unbeaten at Home? :kro:

In order to counteract this thread's jinx,
I propose we all agree he will not be manager of the month for November.

I would liketo help by suggesting he didnt have a clue last night. And that his substitutions were meaningless and too late.

We dominated for near the entire game, Redmond came on before 70 minutes, offered a more potent threat over a flailing Beausejour and eventually had a hand in the winner.

If it wasn't for poor finishing we'd have won the last two games in convincing fashion. The tactics worked, we created chances so I don't really understand your criticism.

I'm still dreaming of the big swap.

Promoted from Championship 11/12

Birmingham
West Ham
Southampton

Relegated from the Premiership 11/12

Aston Villa
Blackburn
Wolves

...and he hasn't played 4-5-1 to gain that record and he never bores the carp out me referring to it as "fortress St Andrews".

Keep it up CH - but I wish this thread subject had not been started.....counting your chickens etc.

I like CH I think he's doing a fab job but even he can have a mare of a game...And what’s more its much more preferable to have a bad game and win, it shows what a resilient team we have built.
