So Tom Ross on facebook has said that Carr is 'injured' again and will miss the Maribor game but should be back for the game after.
Has he even played one European game?
I find this very strange how he gets 'injured' just before every European game and never a league game. If it's just tiredness or we are resting him then why not just say?
Unless he has a move to a club playing in Europe coming up in January to raise some funds and we don't want him cup tied :ph43r:

He played in the home game V Braga. i think age may be getting to Carr and can't do 2 games in a week ala Kevin Phillips, he would play a game on saturday but be rested in the week same happens to alot of players, he has also had a nagging knee complaint which he has carried since end of last season, guess this could be his last year so no sense in having it operated on as would keep him out for prolonged period i guess.

Him , Beau, and Ridgewell all 'nursing' injuries.

Are they being protected so they can be moved off the wage bill in Jan maybe ?

Can we stop with every thread being turned into a conspiracy theory < < , Beausejour is knackered and needs a rest, which has been obvious in his recent performances but isn't surprising given he spent the summer at the Copa America.

Carr is getting old and doesn't have the fitness to play twice a week without risking an injury, and if we're being honest not only is Spector decent cover, but it also has the added bonus that he isn't playing centre midfield.

Ridge i think is off, Murphy is flying at the moment and from what i've heard ( a mate of mine saw him in town on a friday night recently) he doesn't seem to be too gutted about it (not stirring just an honest opinion), but if we're honest that's old news
