Listening to Tom Ross he is saying the Millwall fans are just the most horrible and disgusting lot he has ever come across. Most are not watching the game as usual.

I was one of the "5000". What a game.

Yes the Millwall fans are animals, but you know that before you go there.

Blues fans have just been hearded through London Bridge. 100s of police and it's all good natured. There won't be any trouble.

Funniest moment was most of there fans missing their goal that never was cause they were too busy screaming at us. Classic.

Well done Blues, glad I was there for that.

No problems after the game. Held back for 30 mins and then had a good sing song at London Bridge!

Don't know what happened with the coaches before the game though - they arrived with 5 mins to spare!

Cracking game and well done Blues!!

Listening to Tom Ross he is saying the Millwall fans are just the most horrible and disgusting lot he has ever come across. Most are not watching the game as usual.

That's cos the Krays and Mad Jack etc were West Hammers.

Millwall don't have any serial killers and nationally recognised murderers in their sub- culture history. :LMAO:
A kind of deprivation for a declining cultural history. Third/fourth best

So they cling on, without a 'positive' style PR to alleviate their 'image'.

Families and baby creches won't wash with maintaining their "IMAGE" ---which is all about aggression, testosterone and abuse.

What if Blues' final hardcore of fans were the erstwhile 'Zulus'.
Not 99% of this forum's members. But the old 'Zulu' bankers?

No belief in your club like, only History and Belief in your "Rep".

When supporters like that, control the ground, maintain that history of "Fans above Club" - - we are all going down Shitenhousen Street.

Just got back myself. What a game, a fantastic result and that walk across London Bridge.... :kro:

The Blues fans were immense. Non-stop singing and it was nice to see our passing game rewarded with a deserved six goals and 3 points. We deserved it totally. Yes, we rode our luck early on but once Curtis put us ahead I always felt we would win the game, even with 11v11.

The atmosphere itself was intense to say the least. The Millwall fans were that incensed that they missed one of the goals because they were too busy kicking off on their own stewards.

Also it was great to see Redmond cap the game off with a brilliant finish.

Our quality came to the fore today and for the first time this season we actually looked like a Premiership side playing in the Championship.

I am just hoping this is the springboard now to push on and cement a playoff/promotion spot.

In many ways this was the ultimate away trip.

Very tense atmosphere on the train from London Bridge to South Bermondsey, as for some reason there were a load of Millwall fans on there as well.

Excellent home support (even though I hate them) which then makes a difference to us.

Our support was just immense from start to finish with everyone pulling their weight verbally.

Seeing the Millwall fans get angrier and more stupid with every goal was brilliant.

The team were good and gave us lots to cheer.

Great atmosphere afterwards walking to the station, ON the train itself then on the long journey through London Bridge, then on various tube lines.

All in all, the perfect away trip: Rowdy and Victorious.

Looked at the complete vid on your YouTube channel, excellent. So funny watching the banter between Blues and Millwall fans and then all 6 goal celebrations! Thanks for uploading.

Well done to everyone that went!! I went for my one and only visit in 71/72 promo season, The beat us 1.0 but the experience was not for the fainthearted, on the pitch they had legendary hardman Harry Cripps off the pitch it was harry the Dog and his oppos!!
Return at Stans was a true vendetta on and off the pitch.
At my 50th I was going to a concert in Hyde Park and got talking to the typical London cabbie as we drove there. He was Millwall to the bone and recounted the story of how he and three mates came to stans in their old mans car.
THey got attacked after the game and to escape jumped on a bus which took them to Sheldon, they stopped for a drink (from his description the pub by the whirlwhind garage in the middle of Coventry Rd dual carraigeway) where they again got attacked by locals, somehow got back to the car and drove out A45 where they broke down By Meriden!

I sympathised with him while thinking well thats about fair after I went through at the old den!

Nowadays its a walk in the park compared to thosae days.
