What a well taken goal last night. I have to admit I didn't think he was capable of scoring this type of goal.

Well done CJ

The ball was bobbling around his feet like a pinball for about 30 yards, tried to give possession away numerous times but the Everton defence were having none of that, finally a deflection off a defender which gives the keeper no chance.

He's always been capable of scoring goals like that.

Did he smile?

Smile he was chuffed to bits with it and rightly so.

He picked the ball up on the half way line and had one intention only and that was to score. Running at full pelt with defenders either side of him he managed to leave them behind despite carrying the ball and finish with class.

8 goals from 16 starts is very good form and I hope cj keeps it up.

You obviously didn't see the goal he scored at Sunderland a couple of seasons back, CB. I'd take Jerome before Zigic any day.

I'll wait till I've seen it but BNA's description sounds more like the Jerome we had to endure for 5 years.

It was a good goal, created out of nothing, so fair play. He used his strength and pace which wasn't really utilised under McLeish, we used him more of a target man. He did well to shrug off both Everton defenders without running out of steam for the finish, which I think took a deflection but probably would have went in under Howard's arms anyway. He was very underrated when he was here and was an easy scapegoat for lots. I'm pleased for him.

Lol.

What Pooley said. His first touch was rubbish but lucky and the finish was lucky. He was panicing as ever.

Absolutely spot on Jakee

Cameron Jerome was never gonna win favour with the [comment removed by admin] who they think they know everything about the game

He'd only been on the field for 90 seconds and that goal last night v Everton was a splendid effort

I'd always be quick to thank Cameron Jerome for his hard work and service he put in for BCFC :applause:

Compared to Cisses vs Chelsea and Suarez v Norwich? Dontttt think so.

He can score a great goal now and again, doesnt take away the fact he is a terrible striker.
