albion have put the price of a programme up from £3-00 to £4-00 for fergies last match, although to be fair it does have about 40 extra pages of tributes from former players etc. the stupid thing is though, the programmes are selling on ebay for £10-00 already and are selling. when you can simply mail order from the club shop for a £5-00 including postage. how mad can some people be.
i have got 2 copies and i have a friend over the road who can get them signed, the match means nothing to me so i will be straight on ebay if he does get them signed. wished i had a spare ticket, £2,000 they are haveing a laugh.

And one fan stunned a programme seller by handing over £2,800 for 700 copies, which are selling for £4 each.

Another supporter earlier bought 300 copies for £1,200, which means that one twentieth of the 20,000 editions printed are in the hands of two fans.

And they're now on Ebay at sensible (ish) prices. Just like the Man Utd Swansea programmes that were going for stupid money after Fergie's last home game are now at not far off cost price. Think the two you mentioned will be making a loss on their presumed windfall!!

But surely, the re-prints won't be as valuable...

A mate of mine brought himself 20 at a cost of £80.

He sold 10 within hours of returning home after the game for £15 each...

Not bad really... buying hundreds is pointless though
