Terrible game, if Brazil play like this can't see them winning the World Cup next year. The bbc are so far up the Brazilian backsides its unbelievable! Brazil look like a European side now but all the beeb can say is they like them dispute them being rubbish. That being said great bit of skill there for the second goal lol. :banghead: |

The second game between Italy and Japan was a proper game though! Brilliant entertainment from start to finish, culminating in an unjust late winner for Italy when Japan were dominating. |

Agreed this is the worse Brazil side since 94 IMO. For me their problems stem mostly from a manager that has and plays his favourites. |

There have been some impressive goals and bits of skill in the tournament. The Italy game last night was a cracker, apart from the 7 goals and debatable penalty/red card call there was that miss towards the end when Kagawa hit the crossbar and the disallowed late equaliser. Then of course, there was this the other night http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22945953 |

Not a bad tournament I think the two best sides have made the finals and I have been impressed with Edson Cavani and Mikel both have shown me they have something to offer the premiership. In the case of the latter I have always viewed him as a defensive mid fielder but for Nigeria playing a more advanced role he looked very good. Neymar will fit easily into the Barcelona set IMO he looks the real deal. |

Have found the tournament to be quite entertaining. The two semi-finals were excellent. It is too bad someone had to lose in the second one. I think with a bit of refining between now and next summer, Brazil could show the flair and passion for the game that we have come to expect of them. I certainly hope so, as there is no team I would rather watch when they are on the top of their game. Should be an excellent final on Sunday. |

Should definitely be a good final and Italy can count themselves unlucky not to be in the final themselves. I feeling that Italy would be a team spain will want to avoid in next years finals. They certainly have spains measure now. |

Those penalties in the Spain v Italy game were top, top quality... minus Bonnuci's missed one. England, take note... THAT is how you net a pen! |

Especially true, considering that two of the best goalkeepers in the game were involved. To have 13 of 14 go in against them is incredible. The $64,000 question right now is: Will England be there next summer? feed.back |
