I think this season premiership title race is set to be the best ever especially with new coaches at the 3 biggest clubs this season. It means they all start with the same issues and from a relatively even position.

Chelsea and Man city under achieved allowing man u to steal it however with Moyes at the helm it will be interesting to see if he can transfer that passion and hunger to the man u team which is Everton sides were very much noted for.

Exciting season ahead.

Man Utd to be champs again for me. The Moyes steel factor will be felt around Old Trafford.

Should be a good season next season, personally I've been backing Man City but if Chelsea sign a player or two it will certainly be a three way race between them, city and utd

Wow. I am shocked. I cannot believe that real fans of a Championship club are bothered about the Sky4 in the Premier League. Personally I don't give a sh it. I just want the non Sky4 to win things.I have even got fed up with Man City now that the novelty has worn off.

Last season I was so glad that Swansea and Wigan won trophies and was also glad that the English clubs exited the Champions League so early.

It'll be the same old, same old this season again. The only hope would have been Spurs but they blew 4th place and I think they are not keeping up with the Sky4.

I've already made up my mind that we as blues fans are going to have a quite depressing season ahead and to help ease me through that pain the nice distraction of who is going to take up the baton from Sir Alex should be a side show worth watching.

I can't remember a time when the premiership was truely a 3 horse race. So yes Lowds in between watching the blues whenever the results are such that I need a distraction then the prem is the perfect place to find it.

I only have a mild passing interest in the top of the Premiership in all honesty. I used to follow it much more before football got so money orientated, thanks to SKY.

I was just expressing my opinion in answer to Clapton's post about the new seasons top of the premier battle as to who I think will be the champs. Also I have a flutter before the new season on who I think will be promoted/relegated within the four divisions.

In sporting terms I have other distractions when I need to have a rest from Blues.

Blues are my football team. But instead of lapping up to the Sky4 my distraction will be the Washington Redskins, the rugby union autumn internationals, the Ashes cricket tour and the Sic Nations rugby union.

I can't give two sh its about Man U, Chelsea, Man C, Arsenal and Liverpool. It's bad enough seeing tos sers wearing their shirts in Nottm, Brum and everywhere else. It's bad enough seeing that they are the only shirts being sold in your local sports shop.

Blues for me and the Premier top boys can just do one.

Away from the Title race, its set to be the poorest campaign ever.

The likes of Hull, Crystal Palace, Norwich, Cardiff, Fulham, Stoke, Swansea and Southampton.

Thats almost half the league taken up by small to medium sized clubs who've mostly spent the last 140 years sitting in the 3rd and 4th Division.

Then there's Villa, WBA, Spurs, Everton, Liverpool, Sunderland, West Ham. The mid table bunch. Clinging to past glories in order to convince them selves they are 'BIG' clubs and therefore worthy of being broadcast to the globe.

15 clubs that will do nothing at all worthy of my attention, week in week out there will be boring games broadcast on Sky or BT. The same mediocre players swapping clubs, earning sickening amounts of money for almost literally doing nothing.

Sides desperately holding out for a draw against the Top 5, waiting in line for there 15 Minutes of fame at Old Trafford on MOTD.

Plastic Fans, Plastic Players, arrogant Hype from Sky about 'the most important Manchester Derby ever' or my that old favourite of theirs 'THE GREATEST LEAGUE IN THE WORLD'.

Its Not! Not even close. less and less talent each year.

The game is rotten to its core.

The sooner it falls the better and it will fall. Its only a matter of time.

Clubs like ours are all but finished. There is barely a market for 20 clubs these days, but there's 92!

Of those 92, 90 will most likely win nothing next year, or the year after, or the year after etc

I only wish that Blues could get that opportunity in the near future.
