Was it just me, or did anyone else have problems with Blues TV yesterday?
First 20 minutes were ok, then I lost the stream and could not get it back until the start of the second half. This time it lasted for 10 minutes and disappeared again. This time it did not come back. Every time I tried to re-enter, I received a message about some kind of 'Licence Error'. Totally unacceptable.
Please let me know if this was a problem for everyone or If it was just my problem.

Mine wasn't too bad, though it kicked in after the match had started. It dropped a couple of times but a refresh fixed it. I don't know why we couldn't manage a commentary - it needn't be John Motson...

mine kept dropping out, i just had to keep going back to the website and reloading the link.

also had zero commentary for the entire match

For a change mine was fine. Saw entire match including the warm ups.
The only thing was no coz momentary until I hit the audio button too.

it's interesting that we would all have different streams, mine had time and score for the first time and it's so much easier to follow along.

no commentary was an epic failure. can't get into the match without commentary.

this was the first time without commentary for me. and with a connection that kept dropping. i got to watch the entire match but it was a pain in the ass to keep having to go back to the website and restart the link every time it dropped.

I was away for the weekend without wifi, so used my phone as a hotspot. Made a decent connection until the phone went flat, which didn't take long. And as I only had a car charger with me, I didn't fancy sitting in the car at midnight with the engine running so I missed most of the match.

While i was watching I had no commentary but did have time and score.

Well the only way I got commentary was to first click on the audio only till the commentary came on. Then I clicked on the video

I'm appalled about these issues. If you don't claim a refund soon you'll find it very difficult to make a claim and have it enforced in court.

I think (hope) it was a one-off. The club tweeted that overseas users would not be able to get commentary for that match. However, it seems some were able to find a way round it.

My suggestion would be to email the club and ask why it happened and whether it is likely to happen again.

Yeah I've had the entire so far. Terrible sound and picture is almost watchable. Not too good. Especially now they scored.

I have emailed the club every time I've had problems.
Which does appear to be most matches. Different issue each time.

I watched the game via a stream from Leeds TV channel and it was good quality. No commentary but better than anything I've seen on Blues TV so far this season.
