no noise from the cockney boys no noise! been down the man utd game today and can i just say, what was the point of the man utd fans being there because they never got behind there team and sang once! we outsang 64,000 man utd fans which i was very proud of, even when they were 1-0 up there was no noise from them, i think we showed them what an atmosphere was. keep right on, best fans in the world. we did well first half to keep it at 0-0 and played some good football, but the second half ferguson must have kicked some arse, cuz they came out looking sharper, brucie should have played morrison with pandiani together from the start, u cant play 1 striker against man utd!! |

i agree, what a boring crowd, they were slightly noisier after going a goal up but yes, still outsung by the blues fans. Feel sorry for Pandiani in his isolated role with no service from behind this wasn't very encouraging for a class act like him. What happened to Julian Gray , was he ill, he appeared so flat and lethargic, surprised he was kept on for the full game. |

Can only agree with everything staceblondie said. This is supposed to be the best ground in the country........ I turned to mate during the game and said are we at Old Trafford or Villa Park. :D Roy Keane got it right, they are now all prawn sandwich brigade - no loyalty or passion for the club - unlike us 3,000 Bluenoses who sang our hearts at from start to finish - even at 1 -0 there we people leaving early, probably trying to beat the rush back to Devon |

But Old Trafford holds over double the amount of St Andrews. Still don't think we can say anything at the moment though |

To be fair, ManU fans are amongst the loudest away fans in the prem. So it seems that the 'quiet crowd' disease is mainly prevalent amongst home supporters at each ground. Mo x |
