Surely the only left back that commands that wage is Ashley Cole? Wayne Bridge isn't worth that package. (IMO)

That really would be too good to be true!

I thought he was holding out for £80k a week though.

Plus he'll never play for England if he comes to us!!!

This would be an amazing signging if it were to come true.

Even if we try and get a slap in the face then it will show our level of ambition to go for a player of this calibre.

Cole would fetch into the teens if Arsenal was to sell him, even more maybe. His wage demands would be more as well IMO

I understand it in the way that we have very good relations with the Arsenal board.

But I could never actually see him signing for us, he'd surely want to go somewhere with champions league football.

Can't see him wanting to come, but if we make a bid for him it will show that we mean business.

Hasn't he said he'll only move abroad?

I think he did make some comment along the lines that he would only play in the premier league for Arsenal.

Ashley Cole said that he would never play for another premiership club against arsenal. He will never sign for us. Well, I dont think he would anyway. <_<
